Every stay is arranged by hand — we reply the same day, usually within a couple of hours.
Small houses,
long mornings.
Each house was standing long before we found it. Stone laid without cement, deodar beams cut from the slope behind, a kitchen that has fed four generations. We repaired roofs, added heating and hot water, and left the rest.
You rent the whole house. There is no reception, no other party in the next room. The family who keeps it lives nearby, cooks if you ask, and otherwise leaves you alone.
